Well,i want to experience a truly blizzlike level up content,and the favor is Medivh.But, from popylation charts, it seems he is much lower..What are population caps per day??And how is the community on medivh and at outland?

It depends whether you want a hardcore realm where you cannot buy items from the website (Medivh), while on Outland, you can. Medivh also has a set experience rate of x1, while Outland is x5. Also the populations are quite different, Outland is almost always full while Medivh is ranging from around 4-7k population.

I am pretty careful where I start playing, since I don't want to keep starting over. That being said, I started on Medivh and am enjoying it more and more as time goes on. I started about 4 days ago due to Felmyst being shut down. I encourage you to check it out or learn more about it!
