Pandaria MoP doesn't start at all, get an error

So, I downloaded MoP yet again, but this time, everytime I start it I get an error :
"Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

Tried a lot of things but none of them work, even redownloaded the game and it didn't help.
So if someone knows how to fix this, please help a man out :)

Right click on MoP folder>Properties> disable "Read-only"

Restart pc, move your game folder somewhere else and do the steps I told you before.

Haha that is true, sometimes the issue might seem big but to solve it, it's actually quite simple. Glad it worked for you tho.
