I was wondering if it would be possible to migrate from Outland to Lordaeron later on, say when you have cleared everything there is to clear in TBC (Outland)? Would be a nice sense of progression imo.

if they do ever enabled cross expansion transfers it would probably be for medivh to lord, and outland to icecrown. they don't generally allow transfers from higher rate realms to lower rates.
Yeah i just remember the rate of lordaeron. But thats why i was thinking that if you have done BT or Sunwell, that would take far longer then just leveling normaly on lordaeron. So you would not be "cheating" with the fast leveling imo :)
it's not just the xp. gold rates, rep rates, proff rates, and i believe even drop rates are higher on 5x realms.
