This morning i woke up and i logon then i saw that my account has been banned for "racism" , cause in a dungeon i said "don't pull n*gga" to another player but i really don't understand what is racist in that? I'm not an english speaker at all so i dont know if you consider this word racist but when i said that's excactly the same if i said "don't pull bro" in my opinion.. (and im black irl so its really ironic)
I would also like to know how we can see the time of the ban

Google can tell you why that word is racist. I suggest you educate yourself.
Too bad. Does not matter what language you speak. What does matter is that you called someone the "N word" which is why you were banned. Maybe you should not use such language.
The "N word" is obviously racist. Don't use that word and you will not have any problem.

Okay so i've got PERMA banned just for a mistake about a word? ok the word that i used is considered at racist and as an insult (and i didn't knew it )
but perma banned ? wtf? still don't get it , some were banned for only 2 days for REAL racism ingame ..

You can try appealing your ban on the website. Using the support (My Account -> Support -> Create a ticket -> Ban Appeal)

You are claiming/assuming it was because of a single word. For all that I know, you might have been reported for many other different cases or for worse things than just one slang - especially since the "-ga" and "-ger" variations have different uses and only one is actually considered racist (barring perhaps lunatic SJWs/BLMs), the other being just about the same level as "homie."

i said the -ga variation.
I said this word 2-3 times maximum during dungeons for sayin "homie" not as a racist word.And i couldn't have been reported for other cases , i insulted nobody , i don't use hacks , i don't afk in bgs etc i awlays respected servers rules and was never banned of 10y+ of playin Official and private servers in wow
Being banned permanantly without being notified and without any proofs given to me for that is outrageous

You won't be given proof. We're the hosts, so we don't have to prove to you that you deserved a punishment. The option you have is appealing the ban if you believe it was exaggerated, but keeping in mind it's an appeal, not a demand - you're asking for another chance, not arguing the ban.
