Just got scammed need help.

Just got scammed on a trade with another player. Was going to trade my X-51 Nether-Rocket mount for x19 Primordial Saronite and Blood Queen's Crimson Choker and 2k Gold. But when we traded he switched the Blood Queen's Crimson Choker to Runed Crimson Spinel (red gem) whos icon looks exacly the same as the queen's neck. i've got screenshoots on everyting so how can i fix this?

you can open a ticket and report them to get them banned, but you won't get your items back.

wow is that all? that sucks.. he probably got more accounts that he pulls this **** offs on. so I just lost 15k gold and he just gets banned?
