Technical Friend is banned?

Hello, my friend wanted to join me and my buds for the first time in playing on this. When he made an account he logged in and was immediately banned as soon as he logged in on the brand new account. We were confused and thought it was a bug so he tried again. The second account was banned. We decided maybe its a bug so we made an account for him and he logged in on it and it got banned. He downloaded the game and tried logging in the game and it does not work. Everytime he logs in on the forums and game it says he is banned although he has never played this before. Please help and thank you.
