I am banned for advertising but I can't submit a ticket?

Hello I don't play much I think i'm only level 19. I just went to login and was shocked that I was banned? Log on the website and it says suspended for advertising? I never advertised anything? My password still works so I don't think I was hacked. Is this an error? May I please have the chat logs? Only thing I recall ever saying in world chat was looking for a guild as a mage. I did have some /say chat with a random player in the world who gave me some free gold. That's all I said in chat. Never advertised. I do apologize and may you please look into this for me? Thanks

chances are you used a vpn and landed on a banned ip. send an email to [email protected] and see what goes on.
