WotLK Give me Peace addon [3.3.5a]

Hello,
I downloaded Peace addon, but I'm having a problem that it's spamming that message 5-6 times on only one received whisper. I tried changing settings and even editing its .lua files, but to no success.

Does anyone know a way of fixing it? I know some people have it working properly so I have zero idea what the hell is this all about...
