Progressive? Does that mean cata?

Hello, since lordeon is a progressive server, does that mean that we will se cata be released after a year or so?
Or will there be a new cata server (progressive) that you can decide if you want to transfer your character?

At one point almost everyone who has played for some time will be fully geard and quit bored.
