constant crashes in dalaran

Hi guys, I play on both lorde and Icecrown and I crash every single time i go to dalaran because there are so many players. Also when I am in any part of the world, sometimes I get a bug where everything in my UI disappears like spells action bars and etc. I can still move, look around and cast spells (by pressing their hotkeys) but I cant see the spells or the action bars.
How do I fix this?

Also, where can I find the new updated WOD models for wotlk? I heard some people fixed this by downloading that but i dont know how credible that
