Ban outanowhere!

Hi! Help me pls! I cant log in! I was In Queue and I went downstairs for the dinner , when I came back , I 've seen that the connection was interrupted , then I tried to relog, after that I was told that I am Banned for some period of time! I didnt do anything forbidden! Help me pls! I checked my account status and it is"In goo Standing" Help me pls! Dont know what to do!
