Shadowmourne proc wings?

Watched a stream of some guy and i really liked the wings, he said its some kind of a "patch" i assume its same as fel fire for locks. He said they proc of the Shadowmourne after 9th stack, so if anyone knows what they are called or have a link please either leave it here on the thread or PM.
I would ask the guy, but i guess we are in diffrent timezones as i cannot "catch" him online.

Funny, if i wanted to "edit" it my self i would have done it already, the guy said he downloaded it thats why im asking, i've tried to find something, but failed. Keep of the post if you cant help.
