Overall situation on Frostwolf MoP

Hello. I wanna play on this server, but need some help first:
How big is the population?(and how long are the queues for BG / 2s arena / raids and dungeons)
How bugged is the server?(refering to class/specs mostly. Is there any completely op spec for every class, or all specs are viable?)
P.S.: I wanna have either a survival hunter or a rogue(not sure which spec). Which should I go?(mainly bgs and raids, sometimes 2s arena).
And is Protection Warrior a good choice in PvP? cause I watched some videos starring Haptik on YT and its doing rlly good dmg and its rlly cool.

Server is doing nice for now. 1500 players online all the time. BG's doesn't take long, however many quests are bugged.
