    Argent Tournament Daily + "Up To The Challenge"

    Hello!
    On Icecrown my Paladin Kaillarkz started "Up To The Challenge" and managed to get 10 "Aspirant's Seal". Yesterday I logged in and saw no dailies to be done there, the NPC "Arcanist Taelis" now has a golden question mark but the quest itself is 10/15; I came back today and the NPCs didn't refresh, I still need 5 "Aspirant's Seal"...
