Issues with account creation

hi i have a problem whenever i want to create a new account it says "recaptcha challenge failed" why does it say this and does anyone encounter the same issue trying to create a new account? i couldnt find any button to create a topic so i though im gonna reply to the latest topic please help! :)

Same problem, was trying to create new account. Getting error message
{"messages":{"error":["The recaptcha challenge failed, try again."]}}

Looks exactly like this issue http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=364515 only I DID NOT press Enter and was using mouse click.
Tried different mails, browsers and username\password combinations, looks like captcha is not working.
