Technical can't create account

My friend tries to create a warmane account and when he completes account name etc it says: {"messages":{"error":["The recaptcha challenge failed, try again."]}} and he can't complete the account creation.

i got the same issue here and i have tried different browsers, operating systems and devices. The solution of pressing enter instead of clicking on the button is not working as well..
