Random Account Closure

Hi, I recently noticed that my website account login has been banned for an unknown to me reason. Please respond at your earliest with a clarification on the matter. Since I cannot select any bans for appeal (the drop-down menu is empty) this is the only way I can contact a staff member. I don't really care if this is posted in the wrong topic section, I'm not a regular site user and I don't recall deserving this ban with any of my actions in game.
