Technical Donated well over a month ago. Still nothing to show for it...

I donated a while ago, and was charged fully for it, and nothing came of it as far as donation coins go.
I'd really like to know what's going on before I have to put a stop order on the cash. I haven't been on at all, but I'd figured by now, something would have been sorted.
