Burning Crusade Problem remembering my accounts settings?

Hello,

I'm not quite sure the best terms to explain this problem I have. I don't know if its a cache thing? Or what but...

On WotLK I play with windowed mode always. When I logon to TBC, I have to toggle window mode, among pretty much everything else everytime, for example. Do not display cloak, target of target, etc. etc. Literally everything is like i'm logging on the first time ever. I also cannot skip the 3 agreements at before the login screen.

Is there a solution to this?

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC ( this is important)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".

Now another question. Is there not a focus target icon separate from main target like in WotLK?

I see when I focus one it highlights it white but doesn't create a separate icon. I haven't even tried the focus macro to see if it works or not.
