Banned

Good day all

I have problem regarding my Acc.
I m not sure is this the right topic but anyway.

So the problem is my Acc was banned due to advertising and have not made any kind of advertising.

I was just leveling in Tanaris, loged out and when tried to log in again it says my acc is banned. :/

When I try to open support ticket for banned acc there is no ban to select.

Can someone please help what to do and to I can speak regarding my problem?
