WotLK WOTLK with draenor models - Not being able to access addons and reset of options

Hi, as described in the title, i'm unable to access the addons section ingame, the button just isn't there, i don't know how this happened, i downloaded the WOTLK with draenor models since the old WOTLK wasn't working and, aside from this, I also get all my options reset everytime I open the game, it's kind of annoying and any help would be appreciated

For option problem, right click on wow folder, select properties and there uncheck box" Read only" . As for addons, just to make sure you got correct patch and version recheck them, if you do you can try to get addon called " Addon Panel" i believe was the name and when in-game press Esc and it should be there and perhaps thru it you can adjust rest of the addons, just an option to see thru.
