It doesent seem to be at Darkmoon faire

I get asked this a lot ingame, you start the questline(if you are alliance) at the ironforge throne room at a human girl(dunno the name) she has a long respawn timer though. I'm saying that because when the horde raids ironforge she tends to die with the king, happend to me once. You should just look up "rogue tier 0.5 guide" and I also suggest you do as much as possible in one area even if it's just buying an item from a vendor that you'll need later in the questline, the questline makes you travel all across azeroth and nothing hurts more then hearthstoning back from winterspring to go back there to buy an item 3 quests later.
