Burning Crusade Banned for advertsing

So I've been playing on Medivh since the weekend, all has been fine levelling through quests, joined a nice guild...woke up this morning to find my account has apparently been banned for advertising. I certainly haven't been doing anything of the sort, I've used global once to ask about existence of any Aus/Asia based guilds, there's also no evidence I can find that my account has been accessed by anyone else.

Seems a bit heavy handed when you'd think retaining new players would be a priority, any chance an admin can look into this please? I was enjoying the server up until now.

Yup followed those steps, still heard nothing back after 24 hours.

OK so my account got unbanned on the day of the last post, it's just been banned again for same reason, now I've submitted a mail again but would like to try to identify the problem so:

- never used global chat
- nobody else has accessed my account
- Based in Thailand
- Never used a VPN or Proxy
- Use broadband service from the largest local ISP.

Thoughts on what could be causing this as this server isn't going to be playable if I just get randomly banned every few days.
