You said to me that I would need to get 10 coins to be premium member but what does concretely mean premium member? Were you talking about the forum only? Does it matter how much would I donate just to get the queue skipped?

You donate 10 bucks and there you go, youre premium. Its not difficult to check your account status/rank after donating.

no.. if some1 gift u it doesnt count, must be u.. if u donate u be premium u skip queues, u have premium assistence, its not a big deal but it helps on queue.. u skip it.. sometimes queue is like 2k players.. wichs alot..

Once you donate over 10 you become premium and you are eligible to skip the queue.
