Since the Elysium one has been answered, I'd like to ask about Cr**tfall. They said they were looking for a new partner that has the means of providing what Elysium was giving them and warmane seems like a good choice. Win-win situation if you ask me, you get their core (and the eventual profits from that server *wink*) and they get your resources.
