About mages and t6

Hi, my name is Victor. I am from Ukraine, and my english isn't good, but I hope you can understand me.
I am new player on this server and have few questions.
1. What about mages in PVE? I saw, that warlocks probably better in dps. Is that true?
2. Deep arcane mages in PVP. Can I get 1800+ 2x2 with this spec on Outland?
3. What about PVE tiers? I saw in global chat, that t5 is the best tier now. When will work BT, SWP here?

And last small request. Give me please link to gatherer 2.4.3 for herb/mining.

1. Yes Warlocks do more DPS than mages.
2. Deep arcane (Slow-spec) is viable if you team with another burst class but it is tricky to play.
3. BT will probably come in December and SWP probably won't come until after June/July.
