WotLK Problem with the launcher settings

Good Morning guys,

I have a problem with the launcher of Wotlk. Basically everytime i log in, it keeps me showing the license that i have to accept, and it don't save the graphics changes. What can i do? Thanks in advance!

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC ( this is important in your case)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
