WotLK misunderstanding ban

I have been banned misunterstanding in a wrong way D:. i have 2 months on this server and i never broke rules since 10 years playing this game. i am donnor in the server icecrown, i sent a ticket about it but noone answer me, what happened was i log in and like everyday i sent a global msg to everyone for recruiting latin people to my latin guild in spanish, (like many people do in portuguese english french and other languagges and 5 minutos after poom... i were disconected and see that in my profile warmane appear "Your account has been terminated due to Advertising", status: suspended.
Please i wanna think that is a error like all the people have, i am the guild master in icecrown server from a guild called Cannibal corpse and i just were recruiting people who could get fun and play with us we are actually 200 members aprox. and i just put a message in spanish for people understand me like always, and i just get banned in a bad way, I want to play quietly and collaborate with the server as I did in the beginning.
I ask for the attention of the case, thank you :)

1. Remove your info from your post. It is not safe at all.
2. You can make a ban appeal on https://www.warmane.com/account > support > create ticket > ban appeal
3. if you are not able to open such ticket contact [email protected] instead
