Technical My Frostworlf characters were deleted

Since warmane took over molten wow we got free level 90ths as compensation, i had 4, I wanted to check on them only to find out they were all gone. Any idea what is up with that???

If i could get a refund id prefer to have the refund on Icecrown since i prefer the service

at that time there were 2 MoP realm: Sargeras and Frowolf.
Most likely your characters were on Sargeras. That realm have been closed and players had a chance to move their character to Froswolf. I guess you missed that chance.
