Are quest addons allowed & where to find the ones working with TLK (Old))

Hello, I'm very new to WoW generally speaking but also brand new on Warmane and the Lich King (OLD) server. Beforehand please do excuse me if this breaks any rules, which was never my intention.

When I played WoW a very long time ago, I was using a quest tracking addon (called Zygor guides) that would help me and guide me through the quickest routes to level up. This would be an immense help to me as I get lost and loose track fairly easily.

So my follow up questions are, is this kind of addons allowed and also where could i find a version that is up to date to TLK version?

If anyone could provide any info or links, it would help me alot.
