Hidden items in shop?

Okay, so I just recently watched the Dodgeykebaab interview with Proterean and he said something interesting about the cash shop. It seems there are items that only some people can see, he brings up the example of the black qiraji battle tank which not every1 can buy it seems. Im curious what other items might be there. I can see the battle tank mount, but im not sure what else there might be that's "restricted" to certain players. Have I done something special for being allowed to buy this mount? I dont get it, Im curious :P
