I've had this issue ever since downloading the Warmane server and it doesn't appear to happen on any other internet based application, program, etc. Every other game works properly and does not get this interface lag.

The issue I'm running into is seemingly all day my interface acts up to where every active entity starts running in place as if you caught a lag spike. However, I can still cast and stopcast (according to other users in raids, party, guild, etc) live time and it has no delay. It's as if the interface itself is struggling to send and receive information.

I've tried restarting my connections, clearing cache's, re-downloading the server, logging in with zero addons, logging in with normal addons and yet the problem still persists. I've been getting by by guessing on damage intake while healing.

Anyone have alternative ideas as to what is causing this?
