Is it possible to get banned for using non-english guild invite macro?

Yes i got banned for advertising my own guild. How is that possible??
I see ppl spamming guild invite macros all time in their own languages and i never heard about them getting banned. Meanwhile, while i was spamming GI macro and alt tabbing a lot, then i came back to wow window with "account terminated" LUL.

Can some1 Gm/Admin answer this. How it's possible to get PERMABANNED for advertising MY OWN GUILD on server???

Just read that, and same as this person im using Postal/Auctinator and gs on top of some other addons like xperl/dominos for ui usage, but nothing extraordinary...
