You take items which ppl needs to disenchant them, doesn't matter if it's blackwing lair or icc or some random lich king dungeon.. That "i have enchanting" doesn't give you right to take away and disenchant items which some ppl needs for xmog, for collecting, for gearing up or for w/e.. And disenchant button is there, as you said, for ppl without enchanting to have chance to get enchanting mats.. So if noone need or greed on item then you can all roll and disenchant it.. Anyway taking items from someone and to disenchant them, bro that is just wrong..

Ninja looting is wrong dude lol. You can't click on "Need" just because you have enchanting. Need is for people who actually need the gear for gearing up their character not for enchantment. If your account got blocked then it was deserved for ninja looting.

just because your an enchanter doesn't give you free reign to need on every item in the game. use the disenchant/greed roll or enjoy your bans.
