Technical Character stuck/Crashed

Was going to do the escort quest in Un'Goro Crater but as soon as i started the quest the game crashed and every time i try to log on it just freezes and crashes again. Can someone help me with this? I can't find the "Unstuck tool" that this forum suggested - It only lead me to this websites store.

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

I suggest you to disable all of your addon before to log-in

I did that, my character did teleport to hearth location but game still crashes as soon as i log on.. i guess the quest is bugged? Since i see the quest timer still

no, your addon is the problem.
That is why I said to disable all of your addon

Questhelper is the one who usually causes this problem when a Quest has Timer

Okay, the problem was with the quest, the timer ran out and now it works again!
