WotLK Sudden FPS Drop.

So i just experienced something pretty weird. I was leveling my alt today and when the raid time comes i've logged to my pala and went to RS 25. While we are clearing the trashes i noticed that my fps was little bit off from usual. When we engaged the Mini-Boss i noticed that my fps was at 10 all the time. it was lagging like hell. I didnt know what to do i tried to reload, log out and log in, quit my wow and relog. none of them worked. Yesterday it was fine. I logged my pala one or few time it was perfectly fine. I didnt download anything today. So guys i need help what would be causing FPS drop. Could it be server? or just my ****ty laptop?

Well an addon could be the cause, especially if u changed something recently
