How do I donate if they keep decline my card?

Ive been trying to donate all day but it keeps saying "Transaction could not complete". At first I thought it was my bank and after calling them, They did infact tell me they thought someone stole my credit card. After telling them whats going on, They lifted the block, so I tried again. Still declining.. waited 4 hours, Tried again, Still declining. Called the bank back and they confirmed they are nolonger blocking my card. So what is the deal?

contact paymentwall, they're the only ones that can tell you why its blocked.

Bank automatically refuses it, so you'd have to get them to process transaction somehow. But otherwise you bypass the issue by getting a gift card like subway
