First you get hacked, badly, and then give us ONLY 1 character, and ONLY enough points to get 1 good item while the rest is s***, and all we get is that, even tho I had 7 characters with 7 different classes, of which were 2 over 5.5 gs, 4 over 6.0 gs and 1 Best in Slot (6.7 gs). And now YET AGAIN I don't have any characters, even tho my account store history says I purchased heirlooms and 4 bags, explain how can I purchase anything in the store if I don't have a single character????????????
I demand to get my character back right away!

log on to the servers and complete your rename for the characters. I believe there was a name wipe at some point.
