iam new to the game and wondering whats the difference between those two options

Wotlk = client with WoD models
Wotlk (old) = standard Wotlk.

I suggest you to get Wotlk (old)

go for wotlk old, it is original. in wotlk new u could meet some bugs, glitches etc.
