Technical My settings reset everytime I start the game

Hello everyone!

I started playing recently in this server so I don't know if this is a common issue (sorry if it is). Everytime I launch the game my video and sound settings get reseted. Screen resolution goes to 720p fullscreen and sound goes to 100%. It may have something to do with the WTF folder but I'm not sure.

PD: If you recommend me to delete the WTF folder, is there any way for me to not lose my binds, macros, etc? Thanks again :)
PD2: I also get the Blizzard cinematic at the beginning and the terms and conditions everytime.

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC ( this is important in your case)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
