Burning Crusade Paladin mount quest gone. Help plz

Im hoping a GM or someone with similar power can help me sort this out.

But maybe someone else has experienced something similar.

The Alliance epic mount quest is gone. Either its the quest "The Work of Grimand Elmore" which im unsure if i have completed. BUT im prette sure the followup quest is given by the same guy: Grimand Elmore. But this quest i cannot find either which is called "Collection of Goods"

Hope someone cen help me solve this mystery.

The character in question is named Slacko and is on the Outland server if that helps anyone (admin or something) stopping by :)

"The work of Grimand Elmore" -quest starts in the Cathedral, from Lord Grayson, next to the Paladin trainers, not Grimand himself (in Dwarven District)
if that helps.

(of course, you probably have been there a lot of times for your Training, but it can not hurt to check again)

I have the quest "Collection of Goods" but I am not able to turn it in to Grimand Elmore. I have all of the mats in my bag and the gold in my character's possession (i.e., not in the bank). The "Continue" button is grayed (greyed?) out.
