I think i didn't try to log in that IP.

That's my company IP I think.

and my home IP is 174.000.00.00

Anyway i'm not advertise any time I don't know why my IP banned. I need use market store.

But that sign is Your ip is banned.

And my 174 IP also blocked?

The said (192.93.194.0) ip address is owned by ПиН Телеком (Petersburg Internet Network).
Maybe all IP addresses related to this account are banned (just assumption) after the evil russian guy spam. You can try to contact staff privately for assistance instead open threads in forums.

you're meaning is do I need contact in game GM to release that IP? I'm not sure it can work or not.
