i have waited 3 hours in the queue then got disconnected then i start the queue from 1.2k
when i was in position 153
why do i start again when disconnecting ?

Because that is how a queue works.
When You show up first when the shop opens, you are in front of the line.
If you happen to leave (willingly or not), people will take your place.

And this actually doesn't happen, if you reque quick enough. I think it's the same time window as when you disconnect; you have about 5(?) minutes to log back in before you get stuck in the queue again.
