WotLK Your IP Address has been suspended for due to Advertising

Greetings, I tried logging today and it said "Your IP Address { IP Adress } has been suspended for due to Advertising.
I tried to create a ticket but it said that "Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Advertising."
I didn't do any advertising and i log only to get frost emblems and then log out..
I have to mention that i logged using Cyberghost because in the university they're blocking warmane servers.
