Website ban alert?

I have a qestion, my account result banned on the website with an IP address that's not mine.
I can not use store and other function from website.
Can you help me?

Might be that you have some kind of proxy on computer ? At any point, you can make support ticket either mail at [email protected] or go on My account>Support>Create ticket and from there you will see.

Thanks for reply, i tried to open a ticket but the website tell me that this function is not allowed for banned user, anyway I send an email to address that you write to me.
