Race change

I have a a female blood elf paladin, i want to change it to male.
So will the race change for POINTS enable me to customize my blood elf character and change gender or will it force me to change faction
and pick humana, dwarf, dreanai paladin?

no, you can not use Race change if you wanna change only gender. Race Change will force you to select a different race ( undead, tauren etc)

What you wanna do is possible for 10 Coins with "Recustomization" feature

That said there are no good reason to change from a "female Blood Elf" to a "male Blood Elf". Stay female
