Content Patch Version for Outland

Does anyone know the current content patch the server is running on for Outland?

This would help a bunch and I can't find any recent thread that discusses this.

I belive that this statement is incorrect. The actual patch is pretty much 2.4.3, but it is emulated to be 2.0 currently.
Reference is that some Magister's Terrace quests are already available, some spells/skills have already been buffed/nerfed to 2.4.3 state.

if it was 2.0 like taralej said we could only buy 60% mounts at level 40, which is not the case

For the purposes of game mechanics, the client should be 2.4.3 (i.e. vendor discounts for reputation, fishing only takes 20s instead of 30s, items and spells are at their 2.4.3 state). For the purposes of content, the server is at 2.0 accessibility (i.e. no Black Temple, Zul'Aman, Sunwell; no reputation-pvp gear; no daily fishing/cooking quests).

DOES ANYONE KNOW if mount costs will go down on Dec 17 with the new S3 release??? Is the whole game receiving a patch or only S3 will be released? Ty!
