[icecrown] exalted since few days ago, but now i cant find the quartermaster

firstly i apologize if i post this in the wrong section, but im really desperate cz i cant find the Ebon Blade Quartermaster in Shadow Vault to buy the Head Enchant.
Long story short, i was able to visit and buy the enchant from shadow vault normally few days ago, but today every time i visit the shadow vault, it shows the Old Shadow Vault (the one if u havent done the chain quests, no ebon knight npcs there)
My Character's name is Monkeykingz, you can check in armory that im exalted to ebon blade since 30 November 2017. pls help :/

i posted in-game ticket but still havent responded yet, i need this enchant so bad since no raid will invite me if i use the one from WG :(

edit: i managed to get exalted to Sons of Hodir today, but i didnt get the achievement, something is wrong with my toon :(
