I have a problem with a donation I sent today.
From this account I donated 10 euros today to skip queues on Icecrown and after the 5-10min transfer screen the website wanted me to provide my scanned ID and bank card and that's where my browser crashed, restoring the opened tabs did not help, I had to give my data again.
So I checked my bank account, the 10 euro was already missing, but there are no coins on my account and I'm still not premium rank, can't skip queues etc.
I want to ask you to investigate my issue and either return the 10 euros or provide me the features I have paid for.
If you need additional data about the issue I can give account number, name, card informations and scanned documents aswell.
Anyone had issues like this before?
Can someone help me from the Warmane staff?
Also approximately how long will it take until they solve it?
I opened a ticket ingame, sent an e-mail to billing@warmane.com and opened a topic here aswell just in case.
No, I don't blame anyone and yes, last time my browser crashed was last year so it's bad luck as you said. I'm just new here and don't know how things go. I had bad experiences with private servers before (not warmane) so I'm a bit nervous.

Just a quick update for others in the future with a similar problem: in less than 24 hours I got a VERY POLITE e-mail answer with every information I needed including steps I should take to solve this issue.
