[ANSWERED]banned accounts from the change?

Hello Ive been playing this server for awhile even before the change to warmane. And I was there through the ddos attacks and the server resets. From what i thought I logged in maybe year or so ago just to check things and thought I saw all my chars (the ones the were able to be saved and re made) Anyways now they seem to be banned? I can't get into them or log in or anything. I was just wondering if there was another wipe that reset everyone?

If they are banned, make a ban appeal via website, there must be a reason named for the ban.
